Course one: Choice of either: Tempura Asparagus & Artichoke Hearts with Yakiniku sauce Or: Dungeness Crab & Corn Fritters with Saffron Garlic Aioli.
Course two: Mixed Greens, Candied Walnuts,Mandarin Oranges & Crumbled Blue Cheese with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Course three: White Crane Vintage Port Sorbetto.
Course four: Your choice of one of the following three items: Sweet Red Pepper Crusted Broiled
